With the innovas insurance suite, we have developed off-the-shelf software for the private health insurance market that offers both small and mid-sized insurance companies an end-to-end solution for mapping their core business transactions.

Modular design

The product innovas HI with the elements Policy, Claims, Product and Statistics forms the core of the product. Other modules include Collection/Disbursement, Reporting, Document Management, Incoming Information Management, Commission Models, which meet the typical needs of insurance companies. The innovas insurance suite has been on the market since 1 April 2007.

Background

Increasing internationalisation is forcing more and more insurance companies abroad, with a particular focus on the East European market. In this environment insurance companies require a multilingual and multi-client-capable solution, which can be implemented without excessive investment costs. This solution has a name - the innovas insurance suite. The innovas insurance suite also provides all the benefits of release-ready, off-the-shelf software. In an environment defined by rapid change, you will therefore be reducing follow-up investments and deploying a future-proof solution.

Technology

The innovas insurance suite uses modern service-oriented architecture (SOA) and Java technology. The components architecture can be progressively developed.

The innovas insurance suite is aimed at the German and international private health insurance market, and can be deployed by companies of all sizes and specialisation.

Application example 1

A German multilingual insurer is about to renew its health insurance core. The customer decides to introduce the core product innovas HI, allowing him to make use of an off-the-shelf solution, proven on the market, that can be easily integrated into the current IT landscape within strict time constraints.

Besides the core module, the Workflow, Document Management, Partners and Collection/Disbursement modules are used.
