innovas GmbH meets the requirements of the Federal Data Protection Act as well as the Tele Services Data Protection Act. So we will not collect personal data, i.e. information with the help of which a natural person could be directly identified or which enables the identification.

innovas GmbH is a consulting and IT solution enterprise in the health insurance market. In this business environment, on the one hand individual software solutions are being developed and on the other hand the clients are being offered consulting services as to organisational, technical and specific project tasks. Data collection, processing, and use exclusively serves for the purposes as specified above.
5. Description of the groups of persons involved and the related data or data categories
Customer data, employee data, and data of suppliers and other business partners, provided the data are required to fulfil the purposes as specified in 4.
6. Recipients or categories of recipients to whom the data may be disclosed:
Public authorities in case of prevailing legal provisions, external contractors in compliance with §11 BDSG as well as external offices and internal departments of innovas GmbH for fulfilling the purposes as specified in 4.
7. Statutory periods for deleting data
The legislator has enacted varied preservations duties and safekeeping periods. After these compulsory periods have expired, the respective data may be deleted, provided they are no longer required for the fulfilment of a contract or entrepreneurial purposes or needed to comply with legal requirements.
