Maik Callies

Born in Geesthacht, Germany, in 1969, Maik Callies studied mathematics before starting his career at innovas in 1996. He initially worked as an application developer and consultant, before adding project management to his portfolio. During this time he successfully managed a number of private health insurance projects. Maik Callies was appointed Managing Director of innovas in 2005.

Alexander Gessner

Alexander Gessner came to innovas from IBM Global Business Services (GBS) in 2007. There, he headed the health insurance division in Germany. Alexander Gessner was born in Rosenheim, Germany, in 1972 and studied economics. He then held various posts at IBM and is a seasoned specialist in the German health insurance market.

Dr. Ingo Schröder

Dr. Ingo Schröder was born in Uelzen in 1969. After having completed his studies in computer sciences and subsequent conferral of a doctorate at the University of Hamburg he joined innovas in 2002 and took over responsibility for various market launch and reorganisation projects. In 2008, Dr. Ingo Schröder became a member of the management board.

Jens Stäcker

Jens Stäcker came to innovas in 1994. After studying Wirtschaftsinformatik (business information systems), he took up a post in applications development and consulting at innovas. He has been a Managing Director since 2000, and has extensive market experience as a result of heading various major reorganisation projects. Jens Stäcker was born in Hamburg, Germany, in 1966.
